User Content (if applicable): If the Service allows you to post or submit content, you are responsible for that content and warrant that it does not violate the rights of any Outside entity or any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that we deem inappropriate

4. Tournament Rules and Regulations

Participation in the Tournament is subject to the official rules and regulations of The Central Florida Open, which will be made available to registered participants. By participating, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Tournament organizers and officials.

THE SERVICE AND THE TOURNAMENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES 1  OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 2  WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF 3  VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 4  YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
